How to get to Vodice

In the building where the station is located there are several shops in which you can buy food before and after the trip and ATM machines where you can withdraw your money. If you are travelling by car, you can reach Vodice the fastest by A1 Highway, commonly called Dalmatina. The first exit is Pirovac, and the other Sibenik. Since exiting through exit Sibenik probably means you'll have to travel through heavy traffic on the Adriatic main road, it is more likely to get into a traffic jam, and thus exiting on Pirovac can be a quicker option. Of course, the choice also depends on which way you are coming from or where you are going, so it is good to know that the two exits are around 20 kilometers away. So, if you come from the direction of Zagreb, the best way is to exit at Pirovac, and if you come from the direction of Split, it is better to use exit Sibenik. If you are driving on the Adriatic main road, there are several entrances to Vodice, and most used is the eastern entrance, next to the roundabout, and near Ina gas station.

Blue Beach is the most famous, cleanest and popular beach in Vodice, and for its maintenance, Vodice has received a Blue Flag. It stretches for a few kilometers of gravel, concrete and in some places rocky base. Next to the majority of the beach there are pine woods, which offer comfortable shade and cover from the sun. The beach begins next to the Hotel Punta and ends on the entrance to Tribunj. Next to the Blue Beach there are many bars and restaurants with famous Hookah Bar, which is of the two in Vodice. This one is a little older and characterized by a more calm and relaxed atmosphere that in its 'brother' on the Hangar Beach. The first one is located next to the Hotel Punta. As for the sea, it is mostly shallow, so on a warm summer day, when the temperatures of the sea rich high levels, swimming can only be partially refreshing. The location is very crowded during the summer, so it is hard to find a place for the towel. Because of the mentioned reasons, many people from Vodice and guests go to the beaches in nearby places or island, searching for a calm place.
